warning and i dont know why =(

hi im getting the following warning:

Warning: fopen("http://205.252.89.127/mainFrame.php3","r+") - Success in /web/htdocs/local/FAQ/filesSearch.php3 on line 15

im trying to oopen the fiile "mainFrame.php3" the fopen call is in the file "filesSearch.php3"..but right after the file "mainFrame.php3" is opened i get that warning...does any one know why..any help would be appreciated..thanks =)

It will give a warning on sucess - why I'm not sure., but you can supress it by putting a "@" in front of the command. ie. @fopen("http://205.252.89.127/mainFrame.php3","r+")
and your problems are solved.
