creating a script which keep on executing

i want to write a script which should keep on executing without any action.
this is because i want to solve this problem.....
the problem is :
a user can post his/her query on the site.those query will be stored in the database.for each query we are keeping an answer in the database.the script should keep on searching the system time. it should automatically send the answer to all the person on their mail id, in night at 10 'o clock . it should do this function with out the any action performed by the user.

I dont think that is possible.. What you should do is to write all the data into a database and then you write another program that get run everynight at 10'o clock that will get the data out of the database and mail it to the user...

This can be done, I've seen other posts here that do similar things. You'll have to do a cron job using the php binary if your on Linux. Search other posts for CRON.
