I have a login feature that I want to make CaSe SeNsItIvE at the moment user is the same as UsEr I want this to Be different

What method do you use for the login feature? What does the code look like?

If you're using MySQL, add BINARY to the column storing the username

create table your_table (username varchar(20) binary ...

That makes it case sensitive when you do searches.

Do you <i>really</i> want to have a system where you can
have four different users name John, JOHN, john, JohN???
What kind of human engineering is behind that decision?

nah, he probably only want to make it harder to login...
and it's easy to limit so that there could only be one such user in the registration anyway
