Execute PHP in remote server

Does a way exist of using a similar library for WWW access in Perl known how LWP, and to use it in PHP that allows to execute code of PHP in a remote server?

not quite sure what you mean about

but if all you want todo is run a script(php) on a remote host

include("http://www.test.com/test.php");

In order to execute code of PHP in a remote server, it is possible to make it of many ways, but I know a well-known library of PERL 5.0 like LWP, that allows to execute code in a file html... The application of Perl is in an UNIX server and the file that display the application is in a server Windows NT, to do this is used library LWP in Perl... but for PHP will exist a similar library, that it executes the same?
