Coding to change data in list box

Now I create List box (Select list) by get data from my sql ...and when I want to change data in
list box ...I want to change in first list box and after change first list box ..then second list box will change together

example :
I select code product and when select this one
data in second listbox will change..
Can help me ...tell me how to coding or send
any code to me
