Server Error - Premature end of script error.

The application uses the exact same program to update a cookie using

// $serialized = serialize($cardarray);
// $urlencoded = urlencode($serialized);

Is there a limit on the size that the cookie can be updated? It is for a shopping cart that updates #, Qty, Description in an array in the cookie.
