Devshed Article: Building an Ecommerce site

Has anyone followed the article on Devshed on how to build an ecommerce site with PHP?
I want to get a hold of all of the PHP pages for this system and make them compatible with PHP3. Is this possible?
If you've done the whole system and have constructed all of the PHP pages, I will buy them from you. Price is negotiable.

I can help you construct this site for free. Just give me the url where they describe the implemetation and I'll work on it (I'll complete it by next monday -- oct 23. or by that friday oct 27). I have school in weekdays :-) I have php 3 installed under another work station at home.

whether or not you'ld like my help (or maybe someone else has already done this), could you give me the URL anyway? It will be a good programming excersise for me :-)
