I only get this error about 20% of the time the rest of the time the include works fine. Is there a way to get rid of this problem.

Line 128 looks like this:
<?php include ("http://www.ydr.com/daily_news/body.php") ?>
/home/sites/site11/web/index.php is the index page for www.ydr.com
have you tried
include("daily_news/body.php");
maybe that'll work better than an http request ??
Do you have any idea why it would work most of the time, but stop suddenly for 20% of the requests?? I can' think of anything...

you may want to use require instead of include
