Biggest php one ever...

Does anyone know of a big, known site that runs on php ? (i know the big the OSDN uses php)
Just curious what those big, couple hundred thousand hits a day sites use and if php can handle that.

I just read on zend.com that mp3.lycos.com uses PHP and gets ~ 2mil/day.

My site (www.wrassle.net <-shameless plug) has gotten 600,000 unique pageviews (hits) so far this month and php has handled it without even a small burp.

In the past year I averaged about 70,000 "hits" a month and the difference with my new revamped site and its increased hits has not been noticed by lag time or anything.

I know this was a really old post but I couldnt resist replying to it. Neopets.com uses PHP and we are the third biggest web site for pageviews on the Internet... we do about 125 million pageviews a day.

So yeah, there are no limits with PHP, dont worry about it 🙂
