Refresh a page

I need to refresh a page from another page. I have tried Javascript, but it is not really working. Is there a way to do this from PHP?

Refreshing is happening in the browser, not on the server, so the answer is no.

Keep on struggling with you JavaScript.

Is it frames? Different URLs? Different windows?

It is in a seperate window. This is what I have happening.

In the main browser window, I open another little window, and when they click on submit in the little window, I have it updating, and closing the little window. What I have added, SHOULD show up in the main browser window, but doesnt until I refresh that page.
