Upload multiple files

Hi,

I need to upload multiple files from a form in a web page.

Is it possible with PHP !?

Actually I am already doing this with one file for submission.

It seems that the File input box does not allow to select more than one file :-(

You have to provide a box for each file you want to upload. Name them all the same with [] after the name to make the files an array. Then it's easier to process.

for($count=0;$count<10;$count++)
{
echo "<input type=file name=\"filename[]\">";
}

That'll give you ten file boxes. You then have $filename[0]....$filename[9] in your processing script.

unfortunally this not solve my problem: I don't know exactly how many files I must updoad ad once: it could be 5 as 50 ...

This is why I import data into a MySQL database trought a plain text file and than from another form i should be able to upload the images linked to this databasa.

I don't have images for all records but only for some of them and the number could always change...

Any other idea instead of use ftp ?

I need somethings like a new javascript window for upload files and then come back to my form for send them with another things
