I really need help!

Hello:

I am new to CGI/Perl and I need help getting input from a field to appear within the subject line of the email output.

For example, if someone enters "ACME Company" into the field I've named 'business' in my HTML, how do I get my output email to display the following?

Site Project: ACME Company

Does anyone have an easy to configure script that will do this already?
