header and IE5.5

I use a header in a php file to redirect and it does not work properly with IE5.5. The error printed by the browser is "Page cannot be displayed"

I tried the same code with IE5.0 as well as with Netscape 4.72 and it worked fine. Anyone have an idea of what's going wrong ?

I think im having the same problem.
My site is hosted on a linux machine.

I want the menu (in every page) to be "included" from outside, so I wont have to make changes to 100 pages , but just one.

I used:  , but the menu.htm that is called is not included...

syntax problem?

No, you're having a different problem. Make up your mind whether you are going to use PHP or SSI. Don't mingle the two.

I even remember how many times IE 5.5 has been screwed up and wont work with normal code. In fact its really annoying i have had problems with cache times on cookies error in posting data the list goes on. i would first recomend checking to make sure there is no whitespace on top of any of your pages, but it obviulsy works in netscape and IE5.0 what i tend to code to is 'lynx' for as far as i am concerned if it works with lynx then its the owner of the computers problem why my page isnt loading right, but check ms for a (security) update to there browser and make sure the version your arent using is teh IE5.5 beta, or reinstall windows, it probably needs to be reinstalled anyways if its more than a week old.

well, Im realy not into programing, and im not fammiliar to SSI.

What I do know, that it worked (<--#include...>), and now not.
what is the command that I should insert in my html file, in order to retrieve a virtual file in it (the site main menu, in this matter)

If you want to use SSI, install mod_include, save your files as .shtml pages, and use SSI notation, as in
