Small cookie problem

Hi

Can you explain me why Iam getting this kind of error..
Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/httpd/html/connect.php3:21) in /home/httpd/html/connect.php3 on line 31

My cookie script is ..
setcookie ("TestCookie", $user, time()+360000);

What I'm doing wrong???

Nothing wrong with the call to setcookie() itself. What's going wrong is that somewhere in your script that proceeds it, or in an include-file perhaps, there is something that outputs text. It could be as little as having your php tag
start on line 2 of the file instead of line one. Absolutely nothing must be output until after the call to setcookie().
