fopen problems

I try to open a asp page with fopen, but it gives me this error
Warning: Unable to access /?wfx2=lh2hj34l8s
Is this a limitation or do I have to do something?

are you trying to fopen a url? It looks that way....

yes, but only in one case I get this message.
I tried with other asp pages and with worked fine.

The asp page in question does have none parameters when a try to open it, it is the homepage of a site.

Then the home page is probably forwarding you to a session specific one.

Use Lynx instead to get the page --- $page = system("lynx url flags");
