How can I know that Zend Opitmizer is installed in the server? Can phpinfo() show this info. If so, which section of the phpinfo().

Yes phpinfo shows it, right where it says: "This program makes use of the Zend scripting language engine:"
the optimizer is installed when it reads: "with zend optimizer. bla bla"
