Beta users needed for PHP Generator

We're developing a code generator that can generate database-driven ASP, JSP, PHP, C++ code (+ most any other languages). The preview is at http://www.CodeCharge.com
We're interested in finding couple Beta users who'd help us make it better and bug free. You'd receive a free copy ($200).
You could also get paid if you help with writing documentation.

Next week I will begin to develop a store for a customer in PHP with MySQL and the shopping cart, as well as the interface with the local bank, in order to debit local credit cards online and in local currency. (My Client is a Venezuelan company, South America, Spanish language country, the store will be in Spanish).

I can try using your PHP Generator, and check for the correct functioning of the generated store, but I do not have the knowledge to solve bugs at programing level.

We are actually planning to release our Code Generation product this week (hopefully :-)
We will also provide an example of a simple online store, and I just generated PHP code for it, including WAP and Template-based versions, which you may download from http://www.codecharge.com/examples/store-php-v1.zip

Hi Adam, I have some questions.

I was able to connect to the products and user tables of my customer database through the setup of the initial "Properties Database Tag"
But when I try to see CodeCharge sample store, I get the error: "Database Connection Error. Ado did not find the specified provider"
1. I guess I should have this store's database defined on my Win98 pc, is that correct?
1.1 How can I do that? Manually? Do you have the store's database structure?

2. You sent a PHP store, I have a Win98 PC for Web development with MySQL for Windows.
   Should I install an Apache Web Server with PHP in order to study the example?
   2.1 As a second alternative: Can I upload the entire PHP store to my Web Server? If do this, I will have same problem of No.1, I guess I should have the PHP store's database defined on my Web Server, is that correct?
   2.2 How can I do that? Manually? Do you have the PHP store's database structure?

3.- Do you have CodeCharge source file for the PHP store?
3.1. Can I preview it in CodeCharge? In this way I will avoid step 2.

Hello,

I am very interested in testing out your software CodeCharge. I have recently downloaded the 1.0b version and am just beginning to use it. My colleague and I were planning on setting up an events scheduling web site using Cold Fusion with Access but, on the advise of our service provider, have switched to PHP/MySQL. At this phase we know very little about PHP and I chanced upon your software while researching for the project.

I will be using 1.0b over the next few weeks and would be glad to keep you posted on my thoughts regarding the package. I am hoping it saves me time in putting together the pieces of our site. I was happy to find this resource as learning PHP and MySQL was simply not on my radar screen a week ago.

Regarding my credentials, I have worked in IS for 17 years in the finance, higher education and health care industries. Most recently, I have been designing web sites (mostly static HTLM pages). Throughout my career I have managed IS teams, installed LANs and desktop environments, trained, written documentation, negotiated licensing agreements, marketed software packages, etc. I have a BA in Business Management from National Lewis University (1991). If you feel my input in your project is worth while and think I can be of assistance in documentation, etc, please let me know.
