Here's my situation:
I'm running a majordomo mailing list, with which I archive messages to a monthly file containing the email to the list for that month. I have tweaked the archive prog to ad unique identifiers to the top/bottom of each message (respectively) to ease the future parsing of the message.
The identifyer info looks like:
<start year=100 month=1 day=13 hour=12 minute=21 second=5 >
same for the end, except the tag starts with <end ..>
What i would like to do, is have a script parse the text file, and return to the webpage (echo that is) the email message required.
I can explain deeper if required.. but would LOVE some help on this.. or any suggestions.
