Multi-Array Help

Hello:

I am working on a ordering system that is setup like a matrix that I need some help with.
For example:

  1 2 3 4 5 - Store Numbers
S Q Q Q Q Q
M Q Q Q Q Q
L Q Q Q Q Q
X Q Q Q Q Q

Q's are the quantity input fields.

So if I want 3 size Small for store 3 I will go over to store 3 and down to S and enter 3 in the input field. You would continue to enter in quantities for all the stores and sizes that you want of that item.

Would the best way to handle this be multi-dimensional arrays? If so what would be the best way to proceed and how would I loop through the key value pairs for the quantities? I have been quite confused over this and need some help sorting out the best way to proceed.

With arrays, you could store them in an array something like this:

$Quantity[$store_number]=4;
$Quantity[$store_number][M]=6;
etc...
