PHP In A Development Environment

Does anyone know if there are or will be any development environments which support PHP or provide you with some assitance when you are coding it into HTML?

Is there a way to get something like FrontPage or DreamWeaver or HomeSite to be a bit more helpful with PHP?

Dreamweaver UltraDev has the funcionality you look for, but its for ISS and ASP only ... :-((( As far as I know there is nothing like that for PHP, but I think in less than a year there will be something like that for PHP ... :-))
