Refreshing problem

The problem is that when I entering some data into form and hit enter form submits entered data into mysql table. But when I hit refresh button isset function still works and submits data into mysql. After when I hit submit button refreshing stops adding data into mysql.

the solution is to use redirecting

your form go to a page which insert your data and redirect (by header info) to another page.
By this way when user click refresh button, he only refresh the final page (and not the page which insert data)
