PHP/TK ?

Hi i am wondering if is there someone on the earth that
is working on a PHP/TK project !!!
Sometimes could be useful run a php program on the client side (i have used it with a batch program on NT 4 http://). A dummy user need a friendly (GUI) interface.
If some GUY ;-) know something about it please tell us

I usually make web interfaces for administration of my sites in a nice /admin directory, but I believe if you would like to make some gui clients to work with it, there's the PerlDBI/TK combo available. php is really designed and suited for webdevelopment, not executibles
