validation using regular expression

Hi,

it is required to validate phone number using regular expression. numbers, spaces and "-" is allowed eg: 91-79-658 18 58 is allwoed. so please suggest a regular expression...ASAP

ok, i got it..
only thing i had to do is

ereg("^[-0-9 ]{6,15}$", $telres);

that space and dash together was creating problem..now its fine..
