PHP - ISAPI

Im currently fronted with a bit of a situation where ISAPI DLL's and Delphi are being used to create a web program. Does anyone have any pros to using ISAPI DLL's and/or ISAPI vs. PHP

To me PHP seems less complex, i think speed wise ISAPI is the winner. Anyone have any comments to all of this? I am a bit confused on the pros of ISAPI.

Your questions aren't very clear about what it is you actually want to know. PHP, fyi, can run as an isapi extension.
