You can't protect against view source.
Your best options are to write it as much as possibly is asp, cgi, php, perl to they can't read it (please don't complain about little facts like cgi isn't a language)
You can also really annoy everyone by disabling right click and putting it into frames, still only takes 5 mins to access any area.
I once read that acrobat was capable of protecting it, but that was a while ago and I've never seen any evidence.
