start a php-script after ftp is finished

Hi,

I have the following problem: I want that a php-script starts automatically
after any ftp-access is finished. Since the ftp-accesses happen quite often (1-2x an hour) I can´t do it by hand every time.

The problem is, that I´m not allowed to do anything
on the shell-level by my provider.
