Prevent Caching ?

I have two pages page A and page B

I am calling page B from page A with link on page A.
Now I am calling back page A from page B using window.location="pageA.phtml"

My problem is when I call back page A as above, the changes that were supposed to be reflected in it from my actions in page B are not shown. I don't want to call page A using a form post or include.
After loading back page A as above, if I press refresh the changes are shown. I don't want this to be the case.

Any suggetions ..... fast !!!

Remember to check your internet options/temporary internet files if your are useing IE, Check for newer versions of shored pages should be every visit to the page

I can't ask all the visitors to my page to do the same . Can I ?? :-)

I need a programatic solution to handle this
issue using php or Javascript

add the current date using time() to the end of the url like http://www.anybody.com/pagea?t=123487467835
the browser will see a unique url each time and fetch a fresh one from the server
