Well..... it would be important to know what your background is with PHP and Mysql or other RDMS software.....
depends how many things you need to be serving dynamically, and how often they change, and what kind of admin tools you need....
If its not going to change much (new things may be added, but not alot of changes to existing data) -- you can get away with writing an html page that has a few parts that need to be filled in with the dynamic content.. and then opening a php tag, doing 1 simple quick query, and printing the data out into the spot on the page...... it should be no big deal at all....
First get a handle on what different groups of data will be needed to be pulled in automatically... We'll help 🙂
