FTP problem

I am using php4. I want to send some files to another ftp server. I have the username and password. If I use the ftp_connect() function its giving the error message as "Undefied fuction call " error.

Please tell me the reason and soln.

It sounds like you dont have support for ftp going. use <? phpinfo() ?> and it will show up in there if there is support.
If not get the module.
