Hello,

I want to create a script that allows me to specify the time zone i'm in and post the time.

Say if my server is in California and i'm located in New York.

The problem is I want to be able to configure it so I can give it to someone else too and I don't know the server or time zone of the person.

Use gmdate("U");, then subtract 18000 for EST, 28800 for PST from that. Then format the result (which is in seconds) into whatever you want. There may be a way to use gmdate to automagically subtract for the timezone, but I'm not sure.
