I've been spending a great deal of time in asp and php. Unfortunately, the asp works better than php. I like php better for its speed, but every time I have to stop the page from loading or go back, the pages no longer work. I have to restart IIS in order to get ANY of my pages to work. When I look at the performance on my web server, it remains at 100%. HELP!
