How to show limited records per page

Hello and happy new year,

My question is:
How can I show limited number of records per page?
After retriving the records from mysql database, I can show them in a page, however since the records keeps growing, I need to break them per page, (i.e 30 records per page) and therefore create links in the bottom of the page pointing to the remaining records as needed.

Any Idea, How can I do this and generate automatically the number of links needed in the bottom of the page, so when the user clicks on the for example page 2 it would show the remaining records.?
