MYSQL tables source code

I have created several tables over time in a MYSQL database over at a web hosting company. I created these tables through a graphical user interface. Now there is no utility provided on the interface to get the source code for the tables created.

Is there any way to do this.

Install phpMyAdmin, http://www.phpwizard.net/, it's likely that was the GUI you had on before.
