decoding mail attachment

I can get mail attachment using IMAP_FetchBody and I will send it for
download to client. It is functioning. I need your help with decoding
attachment when this Attachment is in format MS Word (IMAP_FetchStructure is
returning encoding=3). I have tried IMAP_Base64, IMAP_QPrint and then
without decoding and I still cannot open this file.
