script timing

Hello,

I have a database with names emails, it contains several thousand contacts. I wrote a script that will take each name and address and send them an email.

Because of the size of the list the browser times out. How do I just trigger the mailing without having to wait for the browser to refresh the page and so on.

It's not your browser that times out, but your PHP-script. You can change this with set_time_limit()
