I'v just been desided to use MySQL as dbengine for my web pages, and I need some help getting started.

I'v made a table called Nyheter in a new database. I've also made a page where I can insert information into the database. This works just fine.
What I need now is a query:

SELECT Nyheter.ID AS test2, Nyheter.Dato AS test5, Nyheter.Overskrift, Nyheter.Nyheter, Nyheter.Link, Nyheter.Deltekst,
IF(Nyheter.Deltekst=1,CONCAT('<a href=les_melding.asp>','"more..."','</a>'),"") AS Clickhere,
Nyheter.ID as controll
FROM Nyheter
ORDER BY Nyheter.Dato ASC

... but the IF expression work... what do I do wrong???

... and is it possible to save and give a query a name as you might in MSAccess?

1) "it doesn't work" is not much information.
What goes wrong? Are there any errors from PHP/MySQL?

2) do you want to save the query or the results from the query?

Is it the double quotes in your IF expression - should they be single quotes?
