Where can I learn regex?

Despite being pretty proficient with PHP otherwise, I have very little experience with regex expressions and functions. Where can I learn them? Is there an online tutorial?

Also, O'reilly has a great book. Also, try google for such things as "regular expressions" and append terms such as tutorial, beginner, howto, etc. But overall, the tutorial on this site has pretty nice examples.
