I am using PHP with a Sybase database and sometimes I have errors saying that the download of a specified resource has failed and sometimes it will only display half the page or sometimes no page at all, just part of the HTML code. However, when I refresh the page, the page display fine. This is a consistent problem I've been having and wondered if there was anything in the configuration of PHP on the server that I might be able to fix or something to make this problem go away. Any suggestions?
