Data Transfer Question

This may be a dumb question, but does the processing of PHP code count against your host's monthly data transfer limit? Or is it only stuff that is sent to people's browser's? Also, what about the processing of MySQL DB's? Does that count against it?

The processing of PHP Code does not result your host's data transfer limit in no way. Everything that works on a server stays there and doesn't go outside. The transfered to a client's browser data (the result of PHP processing) is what makes the traffic.

2) if they're sane, processing of php/mysql code counts against your kharma on shared servers but not against your monthly transfer limit. typically only what is sent to the clients browser is counted for the transfer limit.
