Drop Down Menus

I am trying to build a drop down menu to be populated from a semi-static table in mysql using php. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to be able to click on a drop down, make a selection and have it pull up the next page. I have it currently where you have to input the data and then it pulls the next page from the dbase.
