Query Question...How to compare record?

Hi guys, i need help please. i have a table like this on mysql:

ID | LANGUAGE | TEXT

1 | English | Yes
2 | English | No
3 | English | Login
4 | English | Logout
1 | German | Ja
2 | German | Nein

i want to compare records, example:
1 English Yes -> compare with 1 German Ja
2 English No -> compare with 2 German Nein
..and so on..

the value is true when a record match to each other (have same ID). for example above is ID no.1 and no.2

the value is false when a record is not matching to each other. for example above is ID no.3 and no.4

the question is how to build that query ?
..so when the value is true do query A and when the value is false do query b.

this problem makes make confused. Thanks so much for the answer.

I'm not sure exactly what you want the query to return, but here's an example that maybe you can use...it's selecting from the same data in your example table.

mysql> select a.id,a.language,a.text,b.language,b.text from test a, test b where
a.id = b.id and a.language != b.language group by a.id;

| id | language | text | language | text |
+------+----------+------+----------+------+
| 1 | German | Ja | English | Yes |
