Date convert MSSQL -> PostgreSQL

My problem is that i'll become a date from a MSSQL server linke "Jan 27 1998 10:15AM" and i want to convert it into a timestamp for the PostgreSQL to insert it.

Are there any build in fucations or do i have to write my own?
