NEW: I am trying to do a sort

Guys,
I am completely at a loss of how to display this. I am trying to the data to display in a hierarchic level, and have the data, but do not seemingly have a clue how to do this. I am wondering if my brain has fried as I am drawing a blank.

Here is the data and it is organized in somewhat of a logical manner. (This a education software system) The overall layout is Module has a lesson which has a sublesson, which has a subsublesson and then a page number.

If you have an html file, how do you tell how many lessons, sublessons, pages, etc it has? If you're just using files (no database), then you'll have to parse the filename somehow, then display the heirarchy.
