PHP/HTML strange error???

I have set up an online ordering system that takes credit cards, etc. Here is the problem: When the user clicks on a submit button for the final part of the order form, it fails to find the next page - but if you hit either refresh or go back and re-hit submit, the whole thing works. Any ideas on why this would happen? Here form action for the submit button - I have tried it with both the full and partial file paths.

What browser are you using?

When the browser fails to find the next page, what error do you have (see in log of your HTTP Server), sometime, looking in the log could help to relove problems...

For this kind of probleme, I'don't know if I had the same, but when I just made a change in source code, and restartin de WebSite (refresh) without restarting browser, The browser showed me the saved page in the Temp Dir. or sometimes, display that the page was not available (error 404)...

I've seen this happen quite often using Netscape, but never using IE. On Netscape it is usually caused by unmatched HTML tags, most of the time in a table.

I'm using IE 5.5

The first form took a long time to load, but eventually it came up. I was able to get to the next form and the receipt page without any problems.

checked it with IE 5.5 and Netscape 4.7 and it works .... ??!?!!!
