Hello there ,

I do need some help for coding cookies using JavaScript.

what I want to do is that when a user enters my site first time he gets a survey form to fill out and regardless of if user fills or cancels the Question form popup window the user does not get this survey form again when he comes to my site( so a cookiie is stored on user machine ) now suppose after a month a send out a new survey form so then my client should get that new survey popup again only once.(i.e. the old cookie should be deleted and new cookie should be stored automatically and this new cookie agin will be deleted agin when I send another survey question)

Could you please e-mail me this code?

How about storing a version number for your survey form in the cookie.

Then when a user visits your site they will either:

Not have your cookie in which case you set the cookie to the current version of the survey and display it.
Hove your cookie but not the current version in which case you display the new survey and reset the cookie to the new version number.

They have your cookie and it contains the latest version number in which case you ignore it and don't display the survey as they will have seen it already.
