Hi !
I learned (through experience) that when php projects tend to get huge, it's always best to make it modular... like have an include file for
- your database configurations,
- header and footer templates,
- some common functions used by several pages
- creating forms, admin, utilities etc...
This is all cool, but then I started to wonder whether the performance of my pages will suffer if I have more include files per page ?
Would my loading time be negligible or change drastic let's say if I had a page which had 3 includes as opposed to 7 includes ?
arrrghhh... I hate performance issues...
Hoping for your thoughts people !
