My net is about 10 PC with Win98 and a WIN NT4 server. I have to install PHP + MySQL + Apache on a new PC to make it webserver for my local net.
What OS is better for this PC (P200, 32Mb)
Win95 +PHP + MySQL + Apache or Win98 +PHP + MySQL + Apache ?
I think this would be the best solution.
But if you only want a Windows system i would try Win 98.

I would prefer Win 98 because you would have to update some stuff if you´d use Win95.
I liked the new complete release of PHPTriad: A simple file which installs PHP4/Apache and MySql on your computer! It was the easiest way I found to set up a running system really fast.

I dont know if it's as stable under win95, but I do local development with apache-mysql-php on win98 (not SE) and it has been working perfectly since day one.
