Could advise me how to do a script snippet to be inserted into a FormMail script which will prevent other sites sending mail buy linking to the script - hope that makes sense!
ie script will only execute when the form is submitted from http://www.mydomain.co.uk http://mydomain.co.uk and My IP address

Try moving your script from web directory to php_include (see this in php.ini) directory.
