Printing

Anyone have any wisdom about printing in a php/mysql environment? Here's the problem: I have a database which stores hours information for my employer. Bi-weekly, a report for each employee needs to be printed out. This needs to be done at the touch of a button. I don't have troubles querying a dbase for info on one user, and displaying it for the user, but I don't know how to do 'auto-printing' as it seems would be necesary for this application. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Print the report as HTML and put onload=window.print() in the BODY tag.

This would work fine except that there are 70 odd reports that need to be printed seperately...without opening a seperate window for each hopefully. Hmm, I just got an idea, where the php script could search through the dbase, and as it found each person, it would display the info. This would use the onload printing, but would also contain php at the end that would search for 1 + the current employee number, and reload the page with that person's info...

Kinda thinking aloud here, sorry. Any better ideas would be appreciated.

i found myself in a similar bind at work, needing to pring out tons of web orders on separate pages...

i'm about to try using css to do it... here's what i'm trying:

I saw that PHP4 had printing functions. Have anyone used them? Code examples?
