how do you build a interactive database like the "Code Library" here? what i need is a site where you have to log in and then you can upload and download files. the uploaded files should be listed in a table telling by who/when is was uped, the file size, and so on...
if you know where i can get something like this i would be extremely happy - just dont have the time to write all that stuff on my own...
